Hi,
currently, a road which is oneway for cars but not for cycles (cycleway=opposite_lane|opposite_track|opposite) is represented as oneway. The bicycle can go both way, but that info does not appear on opencyclemap.
From http://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk/2009-December/045116.html it seems the icon exist, but the feature has not been implemented on opencyclemap.
So, I'm opening this bug to track of it.

Alternative approaches to tag this situation are oneway:bicycle=no and bicycle:oneway=no. Ideally, these should be considered equivalent to cycleway=opposite.
