Display of nearby users and friends on the account settings page is unnecessary #3645

The account settings page shows a map for setting your home location. This map shows all the same nearby users and friends markers and popups as on the user profile display, but here it seems a bit overkill / cluttered. Also confusing because nearby users is driven by your home location setting of course.
Should just be a plain empty map for setting your home location
