For a couple of months mapnik on osm.org renders russian letter ("R") in some cases incorrectly: it overlaps with the next letters. Examples:

There is a similar bug with (russian "U"): http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=56.73214&lon=38.8324&zoom=17&layers=M

But it's harder to spot: http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=59.86487&lon=30.4199&zoom=17&layers=M and http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=46.9013&lon=142.7305&zoom=12&layers=M are ok.
