The very useful addition in Changeset 8392 has a small problem: say I have an icon assigned to a node that only displays up to a certain zoom, then the icon for "Type is TrackPoint and HasTags" appears in the zooms above that instead.

(In [8525]) ADD : "not", "true", "false", "[Default]" keywords to the Tag Selector; "[Default]" specifies the style for features not having a specific (i.e. non-default) style selected. Together with "Type Is", allows for "bug-fixing" styles "a la Maplint" (closes #988)
