put messages back to tahlib.pm, like planned on friday.

13  requests -> download -> transform -> render -> split -> blankTiles -> compress -> upload

17* requests - downloads rendering requests from server, stores them as empty files
18* download - downloads OSM data for each request
19* transform - osmarenders data into SVG files
20* render - renders the SVG file into tileset images containing loads of tiles at each zoom level
21  (only one copy of render can be running at once)
22* split - splits those images into separate tiles
23* blankTiles - detects and removes blank tile images
24* compress - adds multiple tiles to a zip file, to make uploading more efficient
25* upload - uploads the ZIP files to server
