Wood type renders on top of smaler areas
Switch between zoom 14 and 13 here, and you'll see what I mean:
http://www.informationfreeway.org/?lat=51.13331254221304&lon=13.622638059071432&zoom=14&layers=B000F000F

Some of those landuse=farm tagged areas are taged with layer=1 now, but not all.
In mapnik smaler areas are rendered on top of bigger areas, here it doesn't seem to be so. (If type of wood is tagged)

For your information osmarender has no way to do a test for which area is smaller, so we just layer things so that it will hopefully be right for as many cases as possible.

Oh, and please cleanup the layer tags in that area, please don't put renderer workarounds in the data.
