Potlatch sometimes ignores the fact a node has been deleted #1039

Under situations where database data integrity has failed, in this case a live way containing deleted nodes, potlatch assumes all nodes in the way are still live. This can result in discrepancies between the API's view and Potlatch's view of the data.

Suggest closing this and refiling it if it's still an issue once 0.10 has gone live (currently awaiting deployment). amf_controller has been so completely rewritten for 0.10 that there's not a whole load of point filing bugs against the current version.

Closed as I assume this is no longer an issue now that amf_controlled is Railsified.
