For my cartographic taste :-) tertiaries should be a little bit darker, because I often mix them with residential/... on first view. Here Osmarender has better coulour steps between sec./tert./res. There is no need to get the same colours, but only a little bit darker... :-)
At zoom level 13 inside forest areas (might be in other landuses, too) it is nearly inpossible to view the highway=service, but the "lower" classes footway/cycleway/track are still viewed fine... Should be changed. 12 and 14 the differences are fine.
White line with width same as the casings?
