Potlach: editing in the highest zoom then clicking 'view' takes you to the lowest zoom level #1158

In potlatch, if you go into edit mode and keep hitting the + icon to zoom it will allow you to go one step further than Mapnik lets you zoom in.

If you then click view, it can't show you that level of zoom in Mapnik, but rather than just step back one level, it goes all the way to the lowest zoom level (i.e. shows you the whole planet) which is a bit of a surprise.

Think this is a Rails port issue rather than a Potlatch issue.
