0.11 Windows export osm creates file unusable in JOSM

I exported my data from Merkaartor in osm format, then tried to load it into JOSM which complained about the nodes.

I don't know if this is a bug in JOSM or in Merkaartor, but they are incompatible.

Here's the file I created with Merkaartor which uses GUIDs to identify nodes and ways cleckheaton_walk_5d.osm

I modified it, renumbering the nodes and ways with JOSM friendly integers, then it loads just fine. cleckheaton_walk_5d.fix.osm

My id renumbering program sorted nodes first then ways after, but I don't think that is important.
