0.11 for Windows crash when resaving changed scene truncates save file

I worked offline for a few days, building up a long change history.

If I load the included mdc file cleckheaton_walk_5d.mdc

And then immediately save it -- merkaartor will consistently crash.

Worse, it will produce a zero length .mdc file trashing the existing one (unless you do save_as in which case you get a new 0 length .mdc file).

This is a similar problem to one reported last month. If I remove the command history section of the .mdc I can then continue editing.

I have zipped the file, but it is still too large for uploading into trac.

Change : Do not open file for writing before the actual export (where crashes could happen) is completed.
