start with an interchange on the Garden State Parkway (download_more_0.png)
select it, it extends off the safe area (download_more_1.png)
change it to a motorway (download_more_2.png)
move to see the next interchange (download_more_3.png, download_more_3.mdc)
click Download More, recenter on what you previously had on the screen (download_more_4.png, download_more_4.mdc)

The Garden State has changed itself back to a Primary highway even though the dirty layer says it's a motorway ... :(

More complex variants of this dissuaded me from using download more except after upload

This was tested in 0.12 beta 3
