The logic for auto-start/stop of batikAgent should maybe be moved to SVG::Rasterize::Engine::BatikAgent with an option in the constructor to decide if it should be done or not.

Something is wrong with the current code, it doesn't autostop.

It should also auto-restart if it can't connect when rendering, like it's now a batikagent crash makes the client loop forever requesting tiles and handing them back again.

Attached is a fix for this, I'll test it for a while before committing.
