[Submitted to the original trac issue database at 11.52am, Tuesday, 18th November 2008]

A GPX file with timestamps that have timezones of the form +HH:MM instead of Z rejects points as invalid. See trace 259000 for an example.

I believe this specific issue to be fixed in r12015

Once we can have this tested, we can resolve the ticket.
