Patch to add an additional output layer to osm2pgsql which creates sqlite databases.

sqlite does not support geographic data-types (POINT/LINE/POLYGON etc.) so these are modelled loosely in seperate tables.

As this ticket is from 5 years, I doubt the patch will still apply. So I am closing this ticket. If someone puts in the effort to update the patch to support sqlite, then please open a new ticket.
