Nice easy one! :

When not logged in, the 'edit' tab is disabled, which is correct of course, but some minor improvements could be:

The font colour should be a bit grey to make it look more disabled.

Make a mouse-over tool-tip saying "You must be logged in to edit" (put a TITLE attribute in this HTML tag)

If the user actually clicks it, it should probably bounce them over to the login page.

Same applies to the "GPS traces tab"

The tabs lead to the login page now when you're not logged in, but it should also pass the lat/lon/zoom to the log-in form so that you don't lose your place.
