Today I found some more rendering problems and fixed them:
The area for tourism=attraction is not rendered when a highway=* attribute is present or when area=no is set. Previously this had lead to a problem with a bridge which was not a completely straight line.
For tourism=attraction and amenity=place_of_worship or historic=ruins only one name is rendered and not two times in different colors.
When building=yes and amenity=fuel are set the text is correctly offset.
I'll probably fix more errors the next days (at least if I notice more problems). Should I file a new bug for each patch or just reopen this one?
BTW: osm-map-features-z10.xml and z11 seem to be unused. Perhaps they should be removed, so they don't have to be patched for changed features.
