During editing, map.rb can store user's last position.
During slippy map nav, can store after leaving the page (clicking away, closing window).

On return, automatically navigated to same location.

Primary benefit is that plugin.jar would not be required in editing app. Secondary, it's a cool feature.

Minus: Adds a little api complexity, and more database read/writes
