Like in mapnik now, it wouldt be great if wall/fence could be rendered like a thin black line. Maybe one could use a thin black line also for all not rendered barrier=*, until one got an idea how they could look better.

(In [13571]) Add test data for barrier rendering
Add linear barriers tpo z16 and z17
Destinction of two_sided=yes / no for city wall can't be rendered yet
due to limitations in svg
More node barrier will possibly follow
Fixes #1543
