The current rendering of housenumbers is less than optimal, because the transparent casing doesn't always improve visibility.
Therefore this patch removes the transparency, but makes the casing smaller.

Also my earlier patch to move the housenumber when an icon is present is no longer optimal, because in most cases the movement is to large. The number is therefore moved right to the icon with minimal space and the alignment is changed from centered to left-aligned. Two sample images are attached.

The person who did the housenumber change also incorrectly changed the offset introduced to building-captions. I changed this back to a sane value.

An icon for amenity=parking is only rendered when no access=private tag is present, like it is done on the mapnik layer.
