Description

Tried to import the attached GPX but got an email back from the server saying the following:

Hi,

It looks like your GPX file

2009_02_14_19_08.gpx

with the description

Inverness

and no tags.

failed to import. Here's the error:

Found no good GPX points in the input data. At least 75% of the trackpoints lacked a <time> tag.

This is not correct, as viewing the GPX file in Notepad clearly shows every trkpt has a <time> tag

It may have timestamps, but they aren't valid. The GPX format specifies that times should use xsd:datetime format, which is documented at http://books.xmlschemata.org/relaxng/ch19-77049.html but in summary they should look like this:

[-]CCYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss[Z|(+|-)hh:mm]

which is nothing like the times in your file.
