I'd second this, it's a simple tweak. In this example the small industrial park is indistuinguishable when you zoom out once, and very subtle until you zoom right in:

You might consider adjusting the residential color the other way just a little bit, too. Put just a slight hint of green in that gray. (Green has always represented residential areas in SimCity, by the way...)

I propose some more different colors to make a better contrast between landuse=residential and =industrial(=railway).
The color of =residential works, but perhaps you could change the color of =industrial in deeper red o.s. Just a little...
