Currently, it is not possible to distinguish between farmland and farmyard (both rendered light brown), i.e. in the absence of buildings, farms in a rural area surrounded by farmland just vanish in the background (see e.g. http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=48.32477&lon=15.83219&zoom=16&layers=B000FTF).

Also, one cannot distinguish between farms within a village and farmland within a village (both of which occur concurrently).

Suggestion: render farmyard in a slightly darker shade of brown (should fit well alongside of landuse=residential, which is where it`ll be used often in rural areas).
