Relations don't show up, either as highlights or in the tag panel.

They do appear to be loaded, because you can add a way to a relation, and then it appears in the tag panel. But when you then click on that, the relation id in the popup window is 'null'.

I'm a bit puzzled by this given that it was clearly working on my test machine. I'm guessing something weird in amf_controller rather than Potlatch itself.
