Moving from 'export' tab to 'history' tab gives a 404.

User winds up on a URL such as
http://www.openstreetmap.org/export/history/?bbox=blahblah
instead of
http://www.openstreetmap.org/history/?bbox=blahblah

I can't actually reproduce this locally.

but it's clearly a problem in site.js updateLinks

most probably line 75 http://trac.openstreetmap.org/browser/sites/rails_port/public/javascripts/site.js#L75

Heading directly to /export/ and clicking the history link revealed the problem. Switching the slash to the other end fixed it in r14694

That was a wrong autoclosing.
