Please provide the full Osmosis command line when raising a defect, it makes it easier to diagnose the problem.
However, I assume you've used one of the pgsql tasks (eg. --write-pgsql), you want the apidb tasks (--write-apidb). The pgsql tasks are for a custom Osmosis schema, the apidb tasks are for the production API database.

com.bretth.osmosis.core.OsmosisRuntimeException: Unable to read the schema version from the schema info table.
Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: relation "schema_info" does not exist
