When you download the GPS tracklogs alongside the map data, the tracks are placed in multiple layers. In popular areas you have 5 to 10 layers. It is cumbersome to select/deselect all those layers if you want to quickly show/hide the tracks.
It would be nice if it would be possible to show/hide all the track layers at once. I propose to have a new tab (or the existing default tab) on the Layers dock which aggregates over the different types of layers. Thus having:
WMS/TMS background
Dirty layer
Uploaded layer
All downloaded maps (as one "eye checkbox")
All downloaded tracks (as one "eye checkbox")
All private tracks (as one "eye checkbox")
