When using amenity=post_office on a node, Mapnik displays a custom icon but nothing when applied on a area.
Please add a rule for displaying icon for post_office area.

See also #1719 and #1157. This is really annoying, in small Austria we have something like 380 double taggings that could be eliminated, and many more existing tags would become visible.

Areas will now show icons too, if an icon was already present for a node of the same type.
