You can no longer delete things on mac laptops!
The move from backspace to delete means that mac laptops can no longer delete ways or nodes. This could lead to a lot of accidentally created nodes getting left dotted around the place!

Given that I believe the author of Potlatch uses a Mac laptop it seems unlikely that this would be the case - maybe there is some magic trick you need to use that you're unaware of... Doubtless Richard will enlighten us in due course.
