Currently, motorway_links are always rendered thinner than motorways, and trunk_links are always rendered just as thick as trunks. This simply makes no sense. This patch makes link roads thinner than regular roads if they are oneway, and the same width as regular roads if they aren't, just like many printed maps.

This patch, for obvious reasons, can't be applied to openstreetmap-carto, which is written in an entirely different language. The wontfix resolution indicates that this particular trac issue is closed, not that it wouldn't result in changes if there was a new issue created on the openstreetmap-carto tracker.
