It would be nice if with the modeless-move setting, that Node mode would work like Select mode in allowing existing nodes to be moved. The use case is one I find myself doing very often, which is adding extra nodes to a way as a result of a detailed survey. Every node I add needs to be moved, so involves a lot of switching modes. It would be very nice to be able to place and drag as part of one gesture (trying this results in a node that's in the right place but not part of the way), or alternatively, to be able to move an existing node instead of placing a new node on the same spot.
