I've been trying to get Lake Tapps to render properly in Washington State, and I can't see any problems, but it just hit me that it might be a round number issue. Lake Tapps is a multipolygon. There are eleven islands in the lake, and the first island is the one that isn't showing up, so does mapnik have a limit of 10 islands?

You can see the streets in the middle of the lake and a hint of the outline of the island.
