That's already done. This is the default when there is no home location. |

When adding a new diary entry or setting your location in preferences the Slippy Map will default to London at zoom 4 or 5:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=51.5&lon=-0.1&zoom=4
Instead it should default to a map view of the whole world:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=0&lon=0&zoom=1
We're getting more users outside London (and Europe) and defaulting to a view of the globe is therefore appropriate.
