I've noted some people have been tagging using railway=station for a goods depot
or sidings.

At the moment railway=station implies passenger.

Would it be possible to add a filter for passanger=no so that goods depot
render differently?

Would rather you convinced people to tag as railway=depot and get that adopted and that can be filtered for and rendered

What steve8 was saying: we don't have passenger=no in our db, and have no immediate plans to add that.

There are about 2 dozen objects with railway=depot in the db now. Worldwide.

Agree with steve8. I know in some countries, the railways consider depots to be stations as well, but the word 'station' is not used like that by the general public. This should be solved at the tagging side.
