When uploading data, ways of length zero generate the error "Cannot create way: data is invalid." (found in way.rb) It would be more helpful to have "Cannot create way: data is invalid. (reason)" for the error, and even more helpful to return the uploading way id (the negative id for new ways, or the changed way id for changed ways).

Error message is "Way %1% must have at least one node" by now.
