I'm not sure if this is a problem with Osmarender or Tiles@Home, but re-rendering of tiles over time has apparently not helped. At zoom levels 11 and lower, there is a strange black polygon in northwest central Ohio. See [http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/details/tile/11/549/772/]. I suspect the problem might be rooted in the "captionless" layers of the tiles [http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/details/tile/12/1098/1544/] and [http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/details/tile/12/1099/1544/]. That said, I don't know how to view the captionless layer directly, so I can't verify that.
