This is not (only) the general usage of natural=water, which is more generic. I would recommend to put "water" instead of lake in the element-title. Otherwise could be misleading.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I'm still seeing "lake" in P2's simple presets if I click one of the nodes here

and flip to the "natural=water" way (nodes are shared between natural=wood and natural=water).
