Using an information-rich verb like 'Search' or 'Search Map', instead of 'Go', would make the button's purpose more clear and increase it's target size. This would render the 'Search' header redundant, which could be removed, and would save horizontal space.

Yes, we know that the web site needs a redesign. Picking at trivial points is not going to get us anywhere though - it needs to be done properly from the ground up.
