Undoing a delete-way doesn't put the way back into relations #2170

if you undo the deletion of way, it is no longer a member of any relations.

Steps to reproduce:

create a way and add it to some relation
delete the way
press the undo button

The result is that the way and it's tags are restored, but the way is no longer a member of the relation(s).
