This is evident in two freeway interchanges in downtown Columbus, and one by the airport.
Only zoom levels 13 and 14 seem to be affected.
I understand that getting bridges to look right can be tricky the way osm.xml is set up, but I hope this is fixed soon. If not, people might start tagging workarounds.
