I am using merkaartor to import a shape file and then draw buildings tracing the shapefile. When I press "upload" it will always give me a "failed: precondition not met" error.

It seems that when I snap to a node from the shapefile, that node id is assigned to the building I draw, this can of course cause a conflict.

Solution:

When snapped to a node in a shape file, the node for the dirty object should not be set.

(In [17065]) FIX : allow non-uploadable nodes to be uploaded when they are part of of a created road (fixes #2175)
