Natural springs (1) are currently not rendered. It's a documented tag used in a dozen countries. I'm currently mapping the "City of Springs" (2) which has 72 of these natural springs spread around the city.

It displays in JOSM as a little fountain.

r17396 claims to fix this ticket, but the image now referenced by the osm.xml hasnt been checked in yet.

Thanks for putting this in! However the icon (a grey 's') seems a bit generic, I would like to come up with something better? Is there some official info on how many pixels these icons can/should be?

Done. No official size. These are 5x7 pixels because of their close proximity to each other
