Currently narrow=yes is shown for waterways only. It would be good to show it for
roads too, as a small narrowing of the road on the map.

It doesn't even get rendered for waterways, currently.

This is too specific for a general purpose map. I don't think we should implement this, and will close this issue as wontfix.
