Rationale: Sometimes it is useful to tag buildings without knowing the outline of the building. The tag building=yes is already used on nodes by several people.
Rendering suggestion:
A small filled square in the same colour as the border around building outlines is now rendered. (In paper maps for hiking, buildings are often marked as small black squares.)
Size probably close to how mapnik currently renders power=tower.
Visible from z13 and in. (Perhaps also in smaller size from z=12)
name rendered below or above the square from z=15 and in.
A node with building=yes and a name tag is located here: http://osm.org/go/0cQGv7zp-
(Node id: 331324803. The node is not rendered by any other rules)

(In [18104]) Make a node with building=yes render. Zoomlevel z17 shows name as well.
Also add such a node to the testdata. Fixes #2367 and #1667. Perhaps
building=* should render, but I'm not sure...
