Rationale: Sometimes it is useful to tag buildings without knowing the outline of the building. The tag building=yes is already used on nodes by several people.

Rendering suggestion:

• A small filled square in the same colour as the border around building outlines is now rendered. (In paper maps for hiking, buildings are often marked as small black squares.)
• Size probably close to how mapnik currently renders power=tower.
• Visible from z13 and in. (Perhaps also in smaller size from z=12)
• name rendered below or above the square from z=15 and in.
