Whitch way to Localisation links in Left SideBar of wiki-site? National users see National Interface of Sidebar, and it is good. But there links are not going to National pages. It's need:
xx:Main_Page unstead Main_Page
xx:Map_Features unstead Map_Features
xx:Help:Contents unstead Help:Contents
Is it possible to fix?

You to talk to a wiki admin about these things, which is best done on the wiki itself. The people reading these trac tickets know nothing about the wiki.
