Result:
, Arezoo, Razavi-Chorasan, Iran (Bus Station)

The city "Arezoo" in the location hierarchy is wrong. The bus station ( http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/details.php?place_id=746809 ) should be in "Mashhad". there was a hotel named "Arezoo" which was wrongly tagged as a city and fixed on October 25th: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/node/538383674

[Added to the original trac issue at 3.50pm, Sunday, 15th November 2009]

There is a known problem with nodes which change type (place:city to tourism:hotel) where the old node is not correctly deleted.

I have manually removed the place:city node from the system and it should re-index shortly.
