Excuse me. I remember about it, but I can`t to recieve any answer from wiki-admin. Can you ask them why they do not answer to me? I wrie about it to admin firefishy, admin Harry Wood, but they keep silence...

Yep. Got your message. Actually this requires server admin access (LocalSettings.php changes) so it's one for Firefishy.
But I will say that there's a fair bit of work with this kind of thing assessing any possible disadvantages of making a settings change. It's never as simple as just changing the setting. Have patience Firefishy will look into it at some point I'm sure.

Links in Left Side Bar in the wiki not localised! But in accordance with http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgForceUIMsgAsContentMsg, it need change only one string in LocalSettings.php file on wiki-server. String:
$wgForceUIMsgAsContentMsg = array();
need change to
$wgForceUIMsgAsContentMsg = array( 'mainpage-url', 'portal-url', 'mapfeatures-url', 'helppage' );
Better edit DefaultSettings.php; copy appropriate lines to LocalSettings.php instead and amend them as appropriate.
