I have been away.

I am not going to allow images from any site.

I have enabled:
$wgAllowExternalImagesFrom = array( 'http://tile.openstreetmap.org/', 'http://svenanders.openstreetmap.de', 'http://josm.openstreetmap.de' );

I tried but it does not work.

When adding the following text to a wiki page

http://josm.openstreetmap.de/chrome/common/trac_logo_mini.png

it only shows the url.
