Many buildings are areas tagged with building=yes. These are returned by Nominatim search results as 'Yes X' instead of 'Building X'. For example, search for 'Waltham House'.

Until the interminable argument about tagging is resolved, I would suggest also recognizing building=true, building=1 etc.
