Remove nodes from search results when the search also finds an equally tagged closed way that contains the node #2573

nominatim returns two results for e.g. node tagged place=island name=foo and a way containing the node tagged with the same tags.

There are a lot of redundant things like that in the database (mainly for backwards compatibility), it would be less confusing if the search would also return one result.

IMO this has should be fixed in the database and not in every tool.

Duplicate tagging like this isn't going away any time soon.

Fixed for administrative boundaries. For other kind of objects, that really should be fixed in the data.
